WATCH PRESENTS A NEW TORCHWOOD COMIC ONLINE
Pontyvale Golf Club’s post-Christmas reopening hasn’t gone well thanks to some grisly killings… The site has been closed off, and Torchwood’s Captain Jack, Gwen and Lanto investigate. But they soon come face to face with the cause of the killings – and it’s not pretty!
It’s an all new Torchwood comic and you can read it online right now at Watch! The comic is part of Alien Invasion Week on the UK network and that means good stuff for all (even us Yanks in the US.) My favorite goodie is a quick interview with John Barrowman where he giggles his way through an explanation of how Captain Jack became the Face of Boe.

I’ve heard about the uproar over the tea party scene in Captain America comic. As a simple reader of such stories and not any sort of ‘pundit’, my opinion might sound naive and be taken as a shallow generalization, but I shall state it anyway. It’s a comic book. It is an art medium expressing ideas and thoughts. I don’t think Marvel should have to apologize. The right wing seems to pick on anything they don’t agree with or want to exploit and use to their benefit.
