The Vampire Diaries: Time Trippin’
If you haven’t had enough back story on The Vampire Diaries yet, you were in luck this week as the writers did the time warp once again to see the continued development of what really went down in 1864 between Damon, Stefan, and the legendary love of their lives, Catherine. I love a rich character history as much as the next viewer, but this one just keeps going and I’m starting to yearn for solid progress on the contemporary storyline. After this jam-packed episode though, it’s starting to look like that’s a real possibility.

Vampire Diaries’ producers say episode 14 will be tragic in new spoilers. The CW has released the new weekly segment that features the “Vampire Diaries” executive producers, Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson dishing out more crazy spoilers for the upcoming episodes. This week, they reveal some crazy spoilers for the new “Vampire Diaries” episode 14 of season 1. It’s entitled, “Fool Me Once.” They say that tomb is gonna get opened,it will be tragic,and more.
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Use Too Much Makeup on Their Vampires
Two new sweeps posters for Vampire Diaries were released. I like one a lot more than the other for two reasons 1) It’s Damon/Elena whom I ship 2) It’s graphically more appealing to the eye. But you be the judge!
What’s funny about the second poster is that Damons’ cheeks are super pink like he’s wearing blush. But as a vampire, shouldn’t he be pale? The first poster also shows too much of a magenta/pink on his lips and cheeks. I understand that was the color scheme – but it’s distracting to see. They should have toned down the pink layer color when it wasn’t on Elena.
I am ready for more progress on the story in Vampire Diaries. It’s been kind of schizo lately with a number of story lines popping up. Once the tomb is open, chaos will reign. I’m excited to see how that plays out.
How do you feel about the story line(s) in VD?
In regards to their make-up in the poster, I never even noticed. But Damon should be pale lol. What do you think?
