In the October 8 episode of “The Vampire Diaries”, Elena begins to suspect that something is not right with Stefan. The vampire, uncomfortable with the fact that he keeps the truth from Elena, eventually decides to reveal several parts of his past to her.

In another development, Stefan is hopeful that his plan to get rid of Damon is working while Elena and Jenna are concerned about Jeremy’s relationship with Vicki. At a fund-raising car wash, Bonnie is surprised by abilities she didn’t know she possessed, and seeks advice from her grandmother.

‘The Vampire Diaries’: The undead show signs of life

VD103a_0760b Finally, “The Vampire Diaries” leading man takes some action! After three weeks of writing in his diary and gazing soulfully at old photographs, in Thursday night’s episode, Stefan Salvatore dropped the emo act long enough to actually do something about his problems.

The episode, aptly titled “Family Ties,” opened with Elena being chased through her house and ultimately devoured by a bloodthirsty Damon. Of course, it’s a little early in the series to slaughter our heroine – the scene turned out to be one of Stefan’s nightmares.

Dream or not, it was enough to get Stefan to quit brooding and get moving.

‘The Vampire Diaries’ cast off the hook

Charges against four stars of the CW’s “The Vampire Diaries” were dismissed this week by a Georgia judge.

Cast members Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola, Kayla Ewell and Sara Canning were arrested in August, along with photographer Tyler Shields and extra Krystal Vayda, after a photo shoot on the Rumble Road Bridge caused concerned motorists to call in complaints. Drivers told authorities that the women were dangling from the bridge and flashing passers-by. Ewell has publicly denied the allegations.

I loved this weeks’ Vampire Diaries episode and next week’s looks even better. I am really pleased with the direction of this series. It just keeps getting better and better.

And I’m glad the girls are off the hook, as long as they didn’t flash anyone LOL.
