Sara Gundell from Examiner.com heard Peter Facinelli this morning on Z100 talking about the New Moon movie:

Facinelli talked about a new flashback scene in the movie that isn’t part of Stephenie Meyer’s novel. It includes a scene between Facinelli’s character, Carlisle Cullen, and the Italian vampire coven known as the Volturi. In the book series, this story is told during a scene in the first book, Twilight.

Facinelli also talked about his character’s “power” of compassion — but said he wished it was something cooler, like flying. For the record, Peter — the fans think your compassion & Carlisle’s compassion are pretty super cool.
