Open Book Society wants to congratulate the actor Sean Astin to his birthday!

Sean Patrick Duke was born February 25th, 1971 in Santa Monica, California. He is best known for his film roles as Mikey Walsh in ‘The Goonies’, the title character of ‘Rudy’ and for his kind of comeback-role as Samwise Gamgee in the ‘Lord of the Rings’ trilogy. In television we all know him as Lynn McGill in the fifth season of ’24’.
