Open Book Society wants to congratulate the actor Bruce Willis to his birthday!

Walter Bruce Willis was born March 19th, 1955 in Idar-Oberstein, Germany. He is well known for the role of John McClane in the ‘Die Hard’ series. He has also appeared in over sixty films, including ‘Pulp Fiction’, ‘Sin City’, ’12 Monkeys’, ‘The 5th Element’, ‘Armageddon’, and ‘The 6th Sense’. His career began in television in the 1980s and he won the Emmy Award 2 times, the Golden Globe Award once and he was nominated for the Saturn Award for four times. In October 2006 Bruce was honored with a star of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Next to acting he is also a good musician and he is successful as producer.
