Robert Pattinson to appear on ‘The Today Show’ to promote ‘Remember Me’
Over the past couple of years, Robert Pattinson has practically been a The Today Show regular when it comes to promoting his forthcoming films. With Twilight, in 2008, he and Kristen Stewart went on the show to promote the film, and with The Twilight Saga: New Moon, he also made his way onto the show to talk about his work as “Edward Cullen” with Matt Lauer.
Several clever fansites picked up on the fact that Pattinson is slated to appear on The Today Show on March 1st, according to TV Guide, to promote his March-release film Remember Me.
That’ll be the third scheduled appearance for Pattinson on March 1st, then. He’s already slated for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon as well as the actual premiere of Remember Me. Pattinson is also scheduled to appear on The View on March 2nd. SOURCE
Taylor Lautner Helps Real Life Werewolf Boy In India
Living At Monastery Adjacent To Church A 13-year-old “werewolf” boy who desperately seeks a cure for his condition and is baffling medical experts, has drawn the attention of Hollywood’s werewolf of the Twilight movies, Taylor Lautner.
Pruthviraj Patil is one of about 50 people in the world who suffer from hypertrichosis, a rare genetic condition known as Werewolf Syndrome.
As a result his face and body is covered in thick, matted hair.
But he now has hope after the kind offer of Taylor Lautner doctors will be able to help if not cure his ailment.
“I don’t mind paying for the process”, stated Lautner. “I had asked that this remain anonymous but the guy was so happy he told everyone right after my visit to India.”
Taylor stated that he had read about Pruthviraj in a tabloid.
“All they did was get their interview and pay his family but they made no offer to help his condition. Can you imagine coming into your teens and looking like a werewolf permanently?”
Lautner said the operation and treatment will begin in a couple of weeks and the howling should stop after about three months, according to doctors. SOURCE
I enjoyed the interview with Kristen After the award show. She was completely humbled and that’s great to see in actors.
Everybody set your DVR’s for Rob Interviews!!!
I think it was so generous for Taylor to help out in India. I hope more people will take a stand during this recession to help others as well.
