In this Chapter, we are in the mind of a wolf. We see, hear and smell from the wolf’s perspective. As the wolf changes into a human, it is described to us in great detail. It is a painful experience and it’s been quite a while since the last time the wolf has transformed. The human struggles to find words but can only cry out in pain.
The wolf has learned much from her mentor Joachim, especially to not spread the curse (of being a wolf).
