‘FANTASTIC MR. FOX’ BEHIND THE SCENES LOOK WILL SURPRISE YOU!

By abefroman on stumbleupon.com

This is probably the most informative behind the scenes featurette I’ve seen in a long time! At least for a movie that isn’t out yet…!
This is a look at the making of director Wes Anderson’s stop-motion animated film, ‘The Fantastic Mr. Fox’.

The film is an adaptation of  Roald Dahl’s classic children’s story, centering on a clever fox who must outwit three mean, dimwitted farmers who try their hardest to hurt Mr. Fox and his family.

Jason Schwartzman lends his voice to the young Fox named Ash. The film also stars a stellar group of of actors like George Clooney, Cate Blanchett, Bill Murray, Willem Dafoe, and Owen Wilson.

What surprised the most about the making of this film, is how they recorded the voices. The actors aren’t relaxing in some recording studio, they’re out on location, tumbling and running around!

That’s really interesting – also the time lapse shot that depicts actual movie time and real time. What do you think about this insight look? And are you going to watch the movie?
