After the news of live action movies for acclaimed manga Akira and Ghost in the Shell, what’s next on the list?

Why it’s Bleach!

Yes, the popular alternative rock inspired shounen manga by Tite Kubo is getting a movie! The Hollywood Reporter… reports… that Peter Segal, who directed such popular comedies as 50 First Dates and Get Smart, is in talks to produce the film.

The story of Bleach follows young Ichigo Kurosaki, a badass teenage delinquent who isn’t your AV-ER-AGE teenage delinquent! See, Ichigo can see ghosts!
