TERRY BROOKS SLATED FOR THREE NEW SHANNARA NOVELS

Terry Brooks has sold three new installments of his best-sellingShannara series to Del Rey Books. These new books in Brooks’ post-apocalyptic swords and sorcery series will pick up where his High Druid of Shannara trilogy left off.

The most recent book in the Shannara chronology was 2005’s Straken. Brook’s series began in 1977 with The Sword of Shannara, a massive hit that was the first fictional work to crack The New York Timestrade paperback bestseller list.
