Synopsis:

After divorcing her cheating rock-star ex-husband Ray Hudson, Veronica Stanford flees to Europe to let the dust settle after she makes sure the divorce leaves Ray in financial dire straits.

In St. Tropez, after a night of serious partying, she finds herself married again–this time to a very sexy Greek named Niko Leandros.

Immediately she begins to suspect that Niko is actually an actor who’s been hired by her ex to discredit her. The problem is, Veronica is so consumed with her smoldering attraction to Niko that she fears, through him, Ray just might get his revenge.

 

  Review:

An enjoyable, quick, lighthearted novella.

Veronica is in St. Tropez, trying to move on after her divorce from rocker, Ray Hudson – aka – cheating husband!  Amidst her own partying one evening, she wakes up the next day next to Niko Leandros – aka – hunky Greek tycoon.  In Veronica’s mind – Niko is a trap…a guy sent by her ex to exact revenge (Veronica took Ray to the cleaners in the divorce settlement).  Niko is in St. Tropez to get over his own disappointment.  So in all their partying ways…they both end up drunk and then married….to each other.

Upon awaking, they must deal with the escapades of the prior evening….their marriage…and the fact that Niko would like a repeat of their ‘quicky honeymoon’.

The story is quick, filled with humour, misunderstandings and a hunky guy.  If you enjoy quick reads with a cute storyline, by all means grab this novella, sit down with a glass of wine next to the fire and devote an hour or so to good ole fashioned escapism in this novella.  Now on to the second title in the series ☺
