TWILIGHT TOUR LOCATIONS REVEALED IN PEOPLE’S NEW MOON COLLECTORS EDITION
www.examiner.com: In People Magazine’s New Moon Special Collector’s Edition, which just hit newsstands, a Twilight Tour is highlighted, showcasing a few key locations which have important relevance to the Twilight saga.
- The Swan House, where Bella lived with her dad, is located at 775 K Street. While this house is not the actual house used in the film (the Twilight movie was filmed in Portland), it closely resembles the description of the house in the Twilight book.
- Forks High School, located at 191 South Spartan Ave., is where Edward and Bella first meet and get to know each other as partners in their biology class.

ARE SPOILERS RUINING NEW MOON?
www.buzzsugar.com: With exactly one month to go until the much-anticipated (to say the very least) premiere of New Moon, the folks at Summit are still getting the Twi-hards’ tongues wagging with a new clip aired last night and this latest batch of stills from the movie. But has too much of the movie been revealed — both for those who never read the book and for those who did but still want to be surprised by the visual interpretation?

JUSTIN CHON TALKS ABOUT BEING HUMAN IN A VERY VAMPIRE WORLD
www.mtv.com: It’s not easy being human. Particularly if you’re in a “Twilight” movie and everyone around you is a vampire or a werewolf.
Recently, we caught up with Justin to talk about “New Moon” and “Eclipse”
MTV: Have you already shot all of your “Eclipse” scenes at this point?
Chon: Yeah, I’m done. It’s been a great ride, and I think the second movie’s gonna be great. Chris Weitz did an amazing job.
MTV: I know you guys improv-ed a lot in the first “Twilight” film. Did you come up with any good ones for “Eclipse”?
Chon: I’m gonna be pretty honest; there wasn’t a lot of improv allowed on “Eclipse.”
MTV: Was there more on “New Moon”?
Chon: I would say, in order: Catherine [Hardwicke] allowed the most improv, Chris still allowed some, but definitely not as much as Catherine. And with David [Slade], zero.

ATTACK OF THE WOLVES, PART ONE: MEET ALEX MERAZ
www.vanityfair.com: VF.com brings you two exclusive interviews from some of the newest Twilight saga cast members. First up is Alex Meraz, who, judging from the snarling werewolf he plays is not one to take kindly to pestering questions.
Please give me one word that describes some of the New Moon actors starting with the Wolf Pack. OK, Bronson Pelletier [who plays “Jared”] …
Aw, man. [Laughs] Jokester!
Kiowa Gordon [aka “Embry Call”].
Bewilderment. [Laughs] He’s always thrust in these crazy situations that … he’s pretty young.
Tyson Houseman [“Quil Ateara”].
He’ll know what this means. Vespa. Scooter.
Taylor Lautner [“Jacob Black”]
Taylor! Loyal.
Kristen Stewart [“Bella Swan”].
Aw, she’s awesome. I would say badass.
Rob Pattinson [“Edward Cullen’].
Patient.

WILL PATTINSON SURVIVE THE TWILIGHT SAGA HYPE?
www.thedeadbolt.com: If anything, for obvious reasons given the release of New Moon, the Pattinson hype is picking up Twilight Saga steam. And like I’ve wondered before, can the Twilight hype surrounding Robert Pattinson be sustained through Eclipse and Breaking Dawn if the latter Twilight Saga film goes into production anytime soon?
Although Pattinson fans of Twilight and New Moon may not want to look at it, there’s a reason why the saying “too much of a good thing” can sometimes be bad or often ruin that very good thing. With regard to Robert Pattinson, there’s a two way Twilight street with both Twilight Saga fans and the media. It’s an issue of Twilight supply and Pattinson demand. Although Twilight Pattinson fans can’t get enough of the New Moon star, with the media feeding their Twilight hunger by the second, how much are we all contributing to the possibility that Robert Pattinson may be typecast by the end of the Twilight Saga?

GEORGE BEAHM’S TWILIGHT TOURS: EXPERIENCE THE SAGA LOCATIONS!
www.examiner.com: These days, the Forks Visitors Center logs thousands of visitors regularly – as Twilight fans make the trek from all across the globe to visit the real-life setting where the four-part book series takes place.
But Forks is not an easy or convenient place to reach. It requires long hours of driving (about 4.5 hours from Portland), hopping prop jet flights and possibly even taking ferries across various bodies of water – depending on your place of departure.
However, if you can’t afford the cost (or hassle) of traveling to Forks for real, you can experience a “virtual vacation” there with George Beahm’s Twilight Tours.
The book is a delightful and inventive way to immerse yourself in the world of Meyer’s books, without leaving home (or picking up that dog-eared copy of Twilight yet again). Beahm successfully weaves together luscious, descriptive prose with detailed facts about the region.

JACKSON RATHBONE DISCUSSES JASPER’S ECLIPSE FLASHBACKS
www.mtv.com: Jasper’s backstory, which takes place during the Civil War, will be told through flashbacks, Rathbone confirmed. Though the explanation of Jasper’s history takes up a good portion of the novel, he hinted that the film version would be shorter.
“It was just really fantastic to get to delve in there and to get to don all the Civil War regalia and whatnot. That was a pleasure,” he said. “I had to wear this wool suit of a major, cavalry major. “I got the big hat and everything. Hop off the horse, bow to these ladies, and then I get eaten. And then I get turned!”

THE NEW MOON SOUNDTRACK CAN’T KNOCK BUBLE FROM THE TOP
www.mtv.com: Is it possible Michael Bublé’s gleaming pearly whites are hiding a garlic grill? That would explain how the buttery Canadian crooner’s Crazy Love has been able to hold onto the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 for a second week, despite a hype-heavy charge from the soundtrack to the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon.”
Actually the fact that the “New Moon” soundtrack came out last Friday, for a shortened week of reported sales, is probably what helped Bublé earn nearly double the vampire tunes’ sales. A solid 203,000 units of Crazy Love were sold, a 55 percent increase over its first-week numbers (which also came after a Friday release). Meanwhile, the “New Moon” compilation — with songs by Muse, the Killers, Death Cab for Cutie, Lykke Li and Bon Iver with St. Vincent, among others — will notch a modest 115,000 copies in its debut week, as anticipation for the film’s November 20 opening continues to build.

ATTACK OF THE WOLVES PART TWO: MEET KIOWA GORDON
www.vanityfair.com: VF.com brings you an exclusive Q&A with one of the youngest members of the Wolf Pack: Kiowa Gordon. Unlike his cast mates, Kiowa had never acted before this movie. We recently called him at his home of Scotsdale, Arizona—we apologize for waking him up—where he talked about how Twilight author Stephenie Meyer handpicked him for the role, and promised his female fans that it’s O.K. to come closer: he doesn’t bite. (Don’t believe it.)
Can you tell us a little bit about your Native American descent?
Our tribe is called the Hualapai, and we are in Northern Arizona. We sit on top of the Grand Canyon and used to live there [on the reservation] about ten years ago. We take frequent trips back.
Give me one word to describe each actor: Taylor Lautner [“Jacob Black”].
Innocent.
Kristen Stewart [“Bella Swan”].
Edgy.
Gil Birmingham [“Billy Black”].
Papa!

JACOB AS A WOLF: BEFORE & AFTER
www.newmoonmovie.org: From fuzzy and cuddly, to mean and down right angry, Jacob Black has gone through even more changes since becoming a wolf. As you can see by the image above, the first Jacob Wolf is soft, fluffy, not so mean. That has been the Jacob Wolf we have seen up until today!
They made him meaner, bigger, and just plain awesome! I love the difference. Once again this proves that Chris Weitz is truly awesome!
