Hi y’all! Not sure where some of you got the impression I intended to leave birth scene out of Breaking Dawn, but it’s inaccurate. Of course the birth scene will be in there! And the sex scenes! And the feathers! And the blood! Perhaps you misinterpreted what I said about not needing to see BUCKETS of blood in order to convey the terror of the birth scene. But rest easy all! xoxo Mel

Meet Julia Jones, ‘Eclipse’s’ Lone Lady Werewolf

www.fearnet.com: Among the new characters introduced in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is Leah Clearwater, the Wolf Pack’s one and only female shape shifter. Understandably, Leah’s more than a little bitter about her new lycan status; you’d hate life, too, if your werewolf boyfriend dumped you because he “imprinted” on your BFF and you were forced to join his pack (and hear his thoughts) for all of eternity.

Describe the audition that landed you the role of Leah Clearwater.

I have had a relationship with the casting director, Rene Haynes, for a couple of years; she cast me in at least one other thing. I went in and I read for her and for David Slade, spent about 20 minutes working on the character and figuring it out, and I came back about a week later and read for Renee and David and some of the producers again. And then I waited a whole month and heard that I got it, and then I waited another month until I could tell anyone! So it was normal in the beginning, and then pretty bizarre.

What scenes did you read during the casting process?

It was a scene pretty much straight out of the book, Breaking Dawn. The scene where I come and tell Jacob that I want to join his pack.

You and Boo Boo Stewart are new to the cast, playing new additions to the Wolf Pack who are brother and sister.

Boo Boo I think is in just one scene. I hope to [work more with him in Breaking Dawn]; that’s a really fun one. I have a younger brother, also, so that’s a dynamic I’m familiar with, and I love my younger brother so it would be fun to have one on screen for two more movies.

Emma Roberts deletes Twitter account after ‘Twilight’s Team Edward fans find out she’s Team Jacob

Robert Pattinson didn’t seem to mind when Emma Roberts revealed on “The Tonight Show” that she is on Team Jacob — but Team Edward definitely did.

Since telling Jay Leno she preferred the hunky werewolf to the brooding vampire on Tuesday’s “Tonight Show,” Roberts has been bombarded by nasty tweets from Pattinson’s fans.

They were so vicious, in fact, that the 19-year-old actress was forced delete her Twitter account, E! Online reports.

“Team Jacob? Ewwwwwwwww!!!!! >.<,” wrote one user, whose comment was mild compared to several others.

The fifth installment of the Twilight book series brings plenty of surprises. Writer Stephanie Myers says reading “Bree Tanner” before seeing Eclipse will provide fans with additional background information to enjoy the film even more.

  • 8. Listen to the Eclipse Soundtrack

The soundtrack is already available online for purchasing, packed with 15 tracks of alternative, indie and even R&B songs. Muse, Meyer’s favorite band, is listed with the first single titled “Neutron Star Collision.” Music has always been an integral part of the movies and books. As with all her Twilight novels, Meyer has created her own Eclipse playlist (with lots of Muse songs), as well as a “Bree Tanner” playlist.

If you haven’t yet, there’s still time! Stephenie Meyer crams her third Twilight novel with all the familiar elements – blood lust, hot vampires, hot wolves, the evil Volturi, and heats things up a notch by throwing in Victoria’s whole army of vampires! As you can imagine, condensing 629 pages into a two-hour screenplay is a daunting task for screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg. To get all the details, reading Meyer’s “Eclipse” is a must! Welcome to the 2010 PopSugar 100! It’s been an amazing ride as we once again let you the fans narrow the group of 128 qualifying celebrities all the way down to the number one pick with our bracket. The addictive format had readers voting on everyone from Jennifer Aniston to Kristen Stewart to Ryan Reynolds. It came down to the epic matchup of last year’s champion, Robert Pattinson, against Sandra Bullock and her incredible 12 months. In the end, Twilight fans proved their love!

Peter Facinelli emerged as one of our favorite onscreen doctors this year both as a breakout star playing Dr. Cullen in the Twilight saga and Dr. Cooper on Nurse Jackie. He was also honored with an invitation to judge this year’s Tribeca Film Festival and kept us entertained with his constant Twitter updates. Most of all, Peter is a dedicated family man, spending all his downtime with his wife, Jennie Garth, and their three daughters. It’s Peter’s first year on the PopSugar 100!
Twilight actress Anna Kendrick moved beyond the world of famous vampires this year, wowing everyone with her talent in Up in the Air. The role earned tons of acclaim including an Oscar nomination, which is even more exciting than her hot costars George Clooney and Robert Pattinson. Anna’s among Hollywood’s most buzzed-about young actresses, and she keeps lining up exciting new parts — she’s been busy lately shooting I’m With Cancer alongside Seth Rogen.
Ashley Greene has ridden the success of the Twilight franchise to score more movie and modeling gigs — she’s worked on other films like Apparition, Warrior, and Butter in addition to her three turns as Alice Cullen. Ashley also landed the cover of Maxim and practically bared all in her body paint ad campaign for SoBe. Ashley is also making her debut on the PopSugar 100!
Kristen was in the midst of Twilight mayhem, but she broke from the series to show off her range in other films like The Runaways, Welcome to the Rileys, and The Yellow Handkerchief this year. The dramatic haircut required for her role as Joan Jett played a big part in her look over the past 12 months, but Kristen still made for a recognizable figure with her low-key off-set style. She did her best to maintain her privacy despite the intense interest in her private life, or more specifically, her relationship with Robert Pattinson. Kristen and Robert never confirmed their romantic status, but the pair traveled the world together and she spent her birthday with him in Hungary. There’s lots more of Robert and Kristen to come this Summer with their massive promotional tour for Eclipse. Kristen suffered a first-round upset to Hugh Jackman in the PopSugar 100 bracket, leaving her at spot 65.
Taylor enjoyed another 12 months on the Twilight roller-coaster, joining his castmates on a global press tour before New Moon arrived in theaters last Fall. They were all together again earlier in 2010 to finish up work on Eclipse, but Taylor found a few free weeks to make a cameo in Valentine’s Day with brief love interest Taylor Swift. Mr. Lautner is lining up new movie projects as he looks beyond his career-making role as Jacob Black, and he’s signing on to a Stretch Armstrong project and the thriller Abduction. He’s also worked out a lucrative deal with LG and Orange, which keeps the paychecks rolling in for the 18-year-old star.
It’s hard to believe all that Dakota Fanning has packed into her past 16 years! The past 12 months alone have been a whirlwind for the young star, after she scored a role in the coveted Twilight series. She teamed up with her pal Kristen Stewart again for The Runaways, in which both young actresses tackled mature topics. She’s still in high school, but Dakota seems to have conquered that realm as well — she was crowned homecoming princess last Fall. Dakota’s already thinking beyond senior year, as she was rumored to have recently visited colleges on the East Coast.

Robert Pattinson has done it again — for the second year in a row, he’s your number one on the PopSugar 100! The Twilight star has expanded his career this year, with new roles in Remember Me, Bel Ami, and Water for Elephants. Robert seems to be growing increasingly comfortable with his level of fame, and he’s opening up more and more in interviews. Despite the chaos surrounding him when he’s out in public, Robert still clearly prioritizes time with his family and friends. He’s a regular at his sister Lizzy’s performances in London, and Rob still goes for strolls with his BFF Tom Sturridge. Of course, one topic on which Rob stays famously private is his relationship with Kristen Stewart — the moment they were spotted holding hands last Fall was a confirmation to some, but they’re still playing coy, even to Oprah. Congrats to Robert, whose star power has proven unmatched in back-to-back bracket wins!

Wow, that new behind the scenes was amazing! Edward and Carlisle train together, if my memory serves me right they went all against Jasper, if that did change in the film I don’t mind. The more we get to see of the Cullens fighting is fine with me 🙂 This is just more excitement to get the fans ready for the big day! On the other hand, poor Emma, those people who just tweeted nonsense should not be called fans. They bring a bad example to those who do know how to behave themselves. Could it have gone so far that they made them delete her account? Some of my friends are Team Jacob, some are even Team Demetri.
