Vampires, werewolves and airbenders lead the pack at the Razzies, an Academy Awards spoof that hands out prizes for the year’s worst films.
The blockbuster supernatural tale “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” and the action fantasy “The Last Airbender” tied for the most nominations Monday with nine each, including worst picture.
“Twilight” star Kristen Stewart had a worst-actress nomination for her role as a teen caught in a love triangle involving her vampire boyfriend (Robert Pattinson) and werewolf pal (Taylor Lautner). Pattinson and Lautner both were nominated for worst actor.
It’s so great to hear news about Breaking Dawn, especially coming from the cast. And, Elizabeth is always so sweet, and lets you know a little bit more of what they have been filming these past weeks 😀 She had me thinking for a moment and I realized that I hadn’t put thought in the idea of Kristen acting like a vampire. They say Bella and I picture book Bella being all vampy, but not Kristen, so that’ll be fun and interesting to see. I remember her from some of her previous movies and I can’t find a mad or over protective Kristen that fits the description Elizabeth is giving, it makes it even more exciting. I just hope we don’t have to wait until 2012 to see her like that.
I’m also anxious to see Mackenzie as Renesmee. They all talk about how well she’s doing and how all like her. We still have to hear something from Taylor, since he’ll have some bonding to do with her too 😀
