FIRST SONG FROM “BREAKING DAWN – PART 1” SOUNDTRACK NOW AVAILABLE
The first track from the official soundtrack for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” – “It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars – is now available for purchase on iTunes. Take a listen to it below.
I love the soulful sound! It’s filled with loads of emotion and it seems like an Edward song to me. I can just imagine him agonizing over Bella’s pregnancy and everything that’s happening to her, fretting over how he will make sure that the baby doesn’t kill her.
What do you think of the song?
“BREAKING DAWN – PART 1” SOUNDTRACK AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER ON ITUNES
The official soundtrack for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” is now available for pre-order for $14.99 on iTunes and currently has a November 8 release date (10 days before the movie hits theaters). Fans will be shocked when they look through the track listing and do not see Muse as one of the bands, but we may have a SPOILER ALERT judging from the track listing. “Flightless Bird, American Mouth (Wedding Version)” by Iron and Wine is listed as one of the songs. As you probably recall, “Flightless Bird, American Mouth” is the song that Edward and Bella danced to at the Forks High School prom in the first movie. It seems that the song will make an encore appearance at their wedding. Many fans had hoped to see Blue October, Evanescence, and Paramore make an encore appearance as well. No luck this time, but bear in mind that there is a Part 2 to look forward to. Christina Perri fans will be happy to see that she has a track on the album. As with the other albums, Twilight Saga fans will have their musical tastes broadened with a wide range of lesser-known acts. Check out the track listing below:
What are your thoughts on the track listing? Are you disappointed by the absence of some artists? If so, who? Personally, I really wanted to see something from Muse and Paramore again. I also really wanted some Evanescence to be on at least one of the soundtracks. I suppose that I’ll cross my fingers and hope for better luck with the Part 2 soundtrack.
