Robert Pattinson Featured in NYC Art Exhibit
A rather distorted likeness of Robert Pattinson is part of an art exhibit in New York City that runs at a gallery in Chelsea through August 27. The mosaic-style portrait of Pattinson titled “Twilight Feelings” by artist Mark Flood gives him an exageratedly long neck and a protruding chin.

Anna Kendrick Defends “Twilight” Fans
In a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal to promote her new film, “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World”, actress Anna Kendrick defended Twi-hards by basically telling the haters not to buy tickets for the films if they dislike “Twilight” so much.
She was quoted as saying, “People like to make fun of the fans who camp out but people have renaissance faires; people do Civil War reenactments; people do what they like,” Kendrick said to Speakeasy at the Wall Street Journal. “I’m tired of hearing people rag on the fans. If you don’t like ‘Twilight,’ don’t buy a ticket.”
In an article posted on Examiner.com, the author suggests that Anna went too far in her comments and states that the comment might have more meaning if it had come from someone like Kristen Stewart by noting, If this was Kristen Stewart talking this might have some real meaning because she is portraying one of the three main characters in the ‘Twilight’ movie but Anna is a second tier actress at best.

So, what are your thoughts on the portrait of Robert Pattinson? I’d love to know the artist’s explanation of his work.
Kudos to Anna Kendrick for standing up to defend “Twilight” fans, although I’m sure that Summit is cringing at her comments to the haters, telling them not to buy tickets. I have to disagree with the author of the article in her assessment of Anna being a “second tier” actress. I’m going to assume that Ms. Jill has not seen the films because, if she had, she would know that Anna has some of the best scenes in the films as Jessica – especially in “New Moon”. There is a segment of society out there who feels as if “Twilight” is being forced upon them. No one is holding them at gunpoint to purchase tickets. If they don’t like it, they don’t have to go see it. It’s really that simple. I’ll give Anna credit for knowing that there are just some people out there who are not going to give it a chance and those are, most likely, the people she directed her comment toward.
The Hillywood Teaser was a real tease…not much was revealed in this one. I’m really looking forward to seeing it because their parodies are so well done. In the meanwhile, I highly recommend their parody of “The Runaways“. Check it out!
