Examiner Bio ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ DVD/Blu-Ray to be released on March 20th
The release date for The Twilight Saga: New Moon on DVD and Blu-Ray has just been announced on the Official Twilight Facebook page.
Just a few days ago, the cover art and Amazon page links for the New Moon DVD and Blu-Ray editions were made available, and now it is known that the movie will be released to home theater systems on March 20th.
The date of release aligns with several rumor mill expectations, since the Twilight DVD was released on March 21st, 2009 (and the film’s theatrical debut was on November 21st, 2008), so the timing between the two is exactly the same.
UPDATE: Amazon’s listing for the New Moon DVD contains the following details about special features: “Audio commentary with Director Chris Weitz and Editor Peter Lamber, A riveting six-part documentary that takes you behind the scenes, Exclusive band rehearsal footage with Muse, Music videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, and Mute Math.”
