ANOTHER VANITY FAIR SHOOT FOR ROBERT PATTINSON?
A tweet discovered by a Robert Pattison fansite that was later removed from Twitter has led to speculation of another Vanity Fair feature of Robert Pattinson. Rob has already covered Vanity Fair once before. Will he be gracing it again?
TWILIGHT CONVENTION GOES TO GAYLORD OPRYLAND IN MARCH
The Twilight Convention will hit Nashville, Tennessee, on March 11-13. The event will be held at the recently restored and renovated Gaylord Opryland Hotel. The hotel suffered millions of dollars in damage during the flooding that devastated Nashville in May 2010. After being closed for six months, the hotel reopened in November with many upgrades added during the restoration. If you can’t afford the price of a hotel room at the Opryland Hotel, there are plenty of other hotels in the area to accomodate you and your Twilight friends. You can purchase single-day tickets for the Convention as follows:

ASHLEY GREENE TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR TEEN DATING MONTH
Ashley Greene is teaming up with Mark Cosmetics to raise awareness for Teen Dating Violence and Prevention during February, which is also Teen Dating and Violence Prevention Month. The campaign seeks to raise awareness about abuse in youth relationships and promote programs to prevent it. The programs aim to teach teens about healthy relationships and break the cycle of abuse.

With the news of Robert Pattinson playing and possibly singing “Renesmee’s Lullaby” in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2”, the folks over at TheSpoof.com have had a little bit of fun with it. Here’s some of what they have to say about it:

I really hope that there is another Vanity Fair shoot with Robert Pattinson. I loved the one that came out last year. I would definitely pick up a copy if there was another one with him.
Is anyone planning to attend any of the Twilight Conventions? I wish that I could make it to the Nashville one, but I already have other commitments that weekend. If you are planning to attend one, I have to pimp out the Nashville one to everyone because the tourism took a huge hit after the flood hit last May. The Opryland Hotel is an amazing, beautiful facility and it would be well worth the trip. Word is that Jackson Rathbone and his band will be in town, too. If you’ve never been to Nashville, you have a great reason to go now!
Wow! There really is a month for everything. Who knew that there was a month for raising awareness for Teen Dating Violence Prevention? It’s definitely a worthy cause and I hope that they take the time in those programs to address emotional abuse as well as the physical. I saw too many friends suffer from that when I was in high school and college and they are still dealing with it almost 20 years later.
I couldn’t resist not including the article from The Spoof. They write some hilarious things and I love this one.
