‘LOST’ LAST SUPPER PROMOTIONAL PHOTO FROM ABC CLUES

In anticipation of the February 2 premiere of the final season of “Lost,” ABC recently released two promo photographs showing the cast posed, Last Supper-style. Yes, countless TV shows have played off the Last Supper before (see: “The Sopranos,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “House,” etc). So no points for creativity. But given that everything about “Lost” has deeper meaning — or perversely, absolutely nothing does (on the eve of the sixth season, we’re still trying to decide) — Speakeasy couldn’t help but analyze this photo (dubbed the “Lost Supper,” which also happens to be the name of a ‘Lost’-themed “Top Chef Masters’ episode) with the level of scrutiny that National Enquirer editors give to grainy, stars-behaving-badly paparazzi shots.

NEW STILLS FROM ‘BEING HUMAN’ SERIES 2

Series 2 of Being Human debuts on BBC Three this Sunday, January 10th, and to celebrate the occasion, a new batch of stills has been released.

Comedy-drama series about three twenty-something housemates trying to live normal lives, despite struggling with unusual afflictions – one is a werewolf, one is a vampire, and the other is a ghost.

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES: EMILY RESURFACES IN MORE FLASHBACKS

Remember that creepy girl Emily? She’ll be resurfacing again on The Vampire Diaries as the series flashbacks to 1864 in which she served as Katherine’s handmaid. According to Fancast.com, Emily’s portrayer, Bianca Lawson, has been booked for the 12th episode entitled “Children of the Damned,” which is scheduled to air on February 4.

‘TRUE BLOOD’ NEWS: A FOURTH SEASON WILL HAPPEN, PLUS EXPECT MORE ALEXANDER SKARSGARD!


On ‘True Blood’ Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) has no shortage of potential love interests to choose from, including bad boy bloodsucker Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård), the chivalrous vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) and shapeshifter Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell), just to name a few.

But even if Sookie can’t decide which one to choose, at least fans of the series can all agree upon one man we all love dearly — Alan Ball, the series’ creator and showrunner. Alan recently spoke with Buzzy Multimedia Publishing about his work on “True Blood” and the upcoming third season, offering some tantalizing details about Eric, the show’s lovemaking scenes, and more.

I know I’m over the moon that True Blood will be on till Season 4. This was a given regardless, so it’s no surprise really.
