The Vampire Diaries “The Descent” Preview – Is There a Cure for Rose?

The Vampire Diaries will be returning from winter hiatus on January 27th with the twelfth episode of its second season, “The Descent.” Before it went on break, Elijah freed Stefan from the tomb as part of a deal with Elena and Damon and Rose falsely thought that it turned out just to be a myth that a werewolf’s bite is fatal to vampires.

An extended promo has already been posted online, even though the episode is still a month away. The clip (below) shows Rose suffering the effects from the werewolf bite. Jules questions Damon about Rose and wants to know how she’s doing. Elena is shocked by her appearance when she finds the vampire and asks Stefan if she’s going to die.

Alexander Skarsgard got naked for 8 straight hours on True Blood set. According to E! Online and his HBO True Blood co-star Kristin Bauer, Alexander Skarsgard doesn’t have any problems with being nude on the set. He apparently stood around naked for a full eight hours!
Kristin Bauer told them all about his nudeness and how comfortable he is with it. She said, “He was once naked for about eight hours and he’s completely comfortable with it. He’s Swedish. My husband’s band toured in Sweden and he said that just how it is. There’s no puritanical background there. It’s nice because it makes all of us more comfortable with it.”

Griff the Invisible
It should be interesting to see how Kwanten tackles the superhero role of Griff, a strange secluded young lad who doesn’t seem to get much action. He spends his nights fighting crime, and STILL not having sex. I know all of this is very hard to believe (which is why we’re interested). We welcome a superhero deviation from the usual chiseled abs of Jason Stackhouse.
