Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard relationship on the rocks? via gossipcop.com
Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard are “on the rocks,” according to Us Weekly, which cites a source who says they’ve “hit a rough patch.”
The actress and her “True Blood” star beau split last September before quickly reuniting.
“They’ve been fighting a lot about stupid stuff,” explains the Us Weekly “source,” adding, “They are still together, but I don’t think for much longer.”…
A source close to the couple tells Gossip Cop there is “absolutely no truth to this.”
I’m not sure if they’re on the rocks or not…but reading this I have to wonder what couple doesn’t fight over stupid stuff?? And lets face it…there would be a lot of happy girls out there if it was true that they’re about to go splitsville!!
Genre fiction in “True Blood” actor’s blood? via joplinglobe.com
The “True Blood” actor, who plays raging Ralph Reed-style vampire hater Steve Newlin, also played Henry Gibson alongside Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth in “What I Like About You.” He is also featured in the ABC Family movie “Beauty and the Briefcase,” starring Hillary Duff.
“I’ve lucked out,” he said. “I’ve done a wide range of things. I started doing romantic comedies, and made my way to a dark, sexy genre horror show.”…
Fans of the show tend to be in their own group, he said. Fans of other vampire franchises, such as the Whedonite “Buffy” fans or the relatively younger “Twihards,” might have some hints of fractions, McMillian said.
“The ‘True Blood’ fans are more adult than ‘Twilight,’ obviously,” he said. “More guys like ‘True Blood,’ and they have a good sense of humor, because it’s a cheeky show. No pun intended.
“At the same time, there’s plenty of crossover. I’ve signed a lot of DVDs for people wearing ‘Twilight’ shirts.”
In addition to an acting career that has landed him roles on shows such as “CSI:NY,” “The Mentalist,” “Scrubs” and “Without a Trace” and movies such as “The Hills Have Eyes 2,” McMillian is also a comic book writer. He was the perfect fit to write a comic book series based on “True Blood.”
Called “True Blood: Tainted Love,” he and writers Marc Andreyko and Joe Corroney crafted a story where a terrorist group spikes certain bottles of blood with a chemical that makes the vampire go absolutely feral. Jessica goes on a violent spree as Sookie and Eric track down the group behind the attack.
The next volume is in the works, McMillian said. And his time on the show gives him a stronger grasp of how to write the characters.
“It’s a wonderful benefit to actually have interacted with these people,” he said.
I never realized how much stuff he was in!! And I’m sure it’s just the tip of the iceberg for what he’ll be in, in the future.
Russell will return!! via au.news.yahoo.com
Denis O’Hare says there’s a very good chance his True Blood character Russell Edgington will eventually escape after being buried alive in cement.
After all he is a 2800-year-old vampire king.
Edgington, the Vampire King of Mississippi, was buried in cement in the final episode of the third series and the burning question for fans is will he return?
“I think there’s a very, very good possibility that he’s going to to get out. I just can’t tell you when,” laughs O’Hare, who will be in Australia in April for the pop-culture expo Supanova in Melbourne and Brisbane.
“He’s been around for a very long time so he’s not very good at gauging how long things are lasting. He may be enjoying himself down there, gathering his thoughts and making his plans. He will definitely bust out of there.”
O’Hare hopes he will be back, too, because he had so much fun on the show.
“I really did have a riot. I was a fan of the show before I started so I was nervous about being part of it because I didn’t know how I would do and I didn’t want to mess it up,” he says.
“But once I got there everyone was so easy to work with and so welcoming and I actually ended up becoming fairly good friends with several of the cast members.”
The close bond formed by the True Blood cast isn’t that common in Hollywood either, O’Hare says.
“True Blood is a special group of people. It really is a really intense group and not everyone lives in California, which makes a difference.”
I know several people that would be very happy to see him return…everyone’s favorite villan!!
Alexander Skarsgard grabbing lunch @ Joan’s on third
Watching the slide show on popsugar.com makes me realize what a bunch of stalkers the paparazzi really is!! I mean seriously look what they write…
“Alexander Skarsgard hit up LA celeb hotspot Joan’s on Third yesterday for an afternoon coffee. He was at the same spot earlier this week for lunch with his lady friend Kate Bosworth, who returned to California earlier this month after a stint in London. Alexander also stepped out last week to join Kate in celebrating her new Nylon cover. He’s also been dedicated to his fitness routine while gearing up for the season four debut of his HBO series, True Blood, and there’s apparently lots of shirtless Alex to come on the small screen this year.”…and the look at the slide-show…they know every move he makes—stalkers!!
Joe Manganiello catches a movie via accidentalsexiness.com
Joe Manganiello, who plays the hunky were on HBO, was photographed with his fiancee Audra Marie at a Los Angeles, California movie theater on Thursday, March 24th, 2011. He looked adorable in a pair of dark denim jeans, black leather jacket, and comfy Chuck Taylor’s while Audra brought out her inner animal with a leopard print top, black jeggings, over the knee black boots, accessorized with a green handbag.
A little more stalker-action going on here but I haven’t seen Joe is so long that I almost forgot about him!! So it’s nice for the reminder.
True Blood Stars share biggest gross-outs via fancast.com/xfinity tv
It’s been gory, gruesome, gross, hilarious, vomit-inducing, and bloody good, so that means we can only be talking about “True Blood” here.
Sure we love the love triangles, the sex scenes, the intricate storylines, but when it comes down to it “True Blood” makes us truly LOL when they get downright disgusting. With every single episode of “True Blood” available on XfinityTV.com, we recently chatted up the stars of the show to find out what their own favorite gross-out moments are. Here’s what they said…
Carrie Preston (Arlene Fowler): When Bill twists Lorena’s head around when they are having sex – the entire head. That was pretty gross.
Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica Hamby): When Eric bit the arm off of the guy Royce in the basement. I think it was the first episode, second season. It was pretty disgusting. I like that a lot.
Rutina Wesley (Tara Thornton): Bashing Franklin’s head in. That was gross, and a lot of fun to do.
Todd Lowe (Terry Bellefleur): Lafayette on that wheel and then somebody had to use the bathroom in a bucket in the back. That was a disgusting place.
It seems like they all have the most fun with the gory scenes…although I imagine they are a lot of fun to film!!
