The release date for The Twilight Saga: New Moon is less than two months away, so Summit Entertainment is stepping up the publicity train by inundating the Internet with pictures of stars Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart along with director Chris Weitz.

The third installment, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, is currently filming in Canada.  Lautner and director David Slade have promised a darker, more action-packed sequel centered on a battle with vengeful vampire Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard)

The first shot is from next month’s People Magazine of an intimate wooded conversation between Bella (Stewart) and Jacob (Lautner), who apparently doesn’t wear a shirt for the entire movie.  It’s also part of a printed tie-in titled The Twilight Saga: New Moon: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion.  Oooh, double colon, that’s new.
