OBS does a monthly Young Adult book.
In November, we did Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater. We scored a chat and interview with her. This month we’re doing Intertwined by Gena Showalter. January’s book is Beautiful Creatures.
We are in need of staff to help with YA Book Club preparation. Book club preparation includes reading the book, writing chapter summaries, picking out notable quotes and coming up with discussion questions. We would prefer you be able to prepare minimum 5 chapters a month, if not more.
All positions are volunteer. It’s fun to read and discuss your favorite books.
