‘Non-Disclosure: Haunted’ is based on a true story from actual documented events about a divorced man and his son who rent a haunted house.
What sets Non-Disclosure: Haunted apart is that the screenplay by Nanette Fenton is based on evidence accumulated during a thorough two-year investigation of the house in question. The renters, the writer, the film crew, and world renowned paranormal experts experienced and validated the haunting on video and photographs; and the reenactment of these terrifying events will be evident in the film. Finally, a motion picture about a haunting with documented facts to validate the script. This is not your typical Hollywood haunted house film; unfortunately, this particular type of poltergeist activity could surface in anyone’s home … and in any neighborhood, old or new!
The project is currently prepping for filming in Florida. The producers, who include Ms. Lawrence, Ms. Fenton, and Steven J. Brown, are still putting their final funding in place, but in the meantime they’ve put together a teaser that contains actual sound bites and film footage captured at the Haunted location.
