FINAL TEASER TRAILER KING KONG 360
Lots of theme park goers will be spending the Fourth of July weekend at Universal Studios Hollywood to take part in what will no doubt be an historical afternoon as the biggest gorilla of them all takes up residence in his new stomping grounds.
Everyone’s favorite ape will star in King Kong 360 3D, a next-generation, interactive theme park experience designed by Peter Jackson, director of the award-winning 2005 Universal Pictures film on which the attraction is based.

BATMAN 3 SCRIPT IS ON THE WAY
The arrival of “The Dark Knight” in 2008 reminded cinema enthusiasts everywhere why filmmaker Christopher Nolan should be taken seriously. Comic book fans and mainstream moviegoers alike have patiently waited for an announcement regarding a third Nolan-helmed “Batman” film (“Batman Begins” was the first) ever since the closing credits on the most recent examination of Gotham City’s gritty streets. Thankfully, Nolan himself is beginning to think about his “Dark Knight” follow-up as well.

CASTING NEWS: CAPTAIN AMERICA, X-MEN, DOCTOR WHO NEWS & MORE
Captain America has landed its Oscar-winning authority figure and X-Men: First Class has its morally ambiguous psychic. We’ve got tons of news on the future of Doctor Who and key updates on what lies ahead for True Blood.
Captain America:
At last, it’s official. Tommy Lee Jones has signed on to play Colonel Chester Phillips, the man who first recruits Steve Rogers to join the project that turns him into Captain America. Marvel’s press release makes a point of saying he’s going to be “updated” for the film, so make of that what you will.
X-Men First Class:
Alice Eve is apparently in talks to play psychic Emma Frost. Rosamund Pike was originally reported as being up for this role, but she’s now revealed to be playing Moira MacTaggert instead. For those unfamiliar with her, Alice Eve is the British actress who I imagine was the best part of the otherwise execrable She’s Out Of My League (I haven’t seen it, but the female lead is always the best part of movies like that).
