Summary

What happens when you wake on Christmas Eve and find an Angel in your room? Julie meets Sarah the Angel and her adventure to the North Pole begins. Travel along with Julie to meet Santa Claus and the elves. But what happens when they encounter a problem with the elves and Julie tries to help find an answer? Can a little girl really be of help to Santa?

Review

Reading this lovely illustrated book about Julie going to the North Pole and helping to make toys for Santa’s big night was a BIG hit with the youngster I was reading to.

The story moved at a good pace, keeping the audience’s attention.

The illustrations were very colorful and pretty. I did find the various depictions and style of illustrations interesting as they were not consistent throughout the book. I wonder what the illustrator and/or author were thinking by adding this variety? Regardless, both styles were eye catching.

The best illustration in my opinion was the cover. That is what drew us to picking up this book and reading it.

I know it was a fun read as I was asked “again, please” when the last page was turned over.
