I was very fortunate in receiving an interview from York Baur, producer of the soon-to-be-released ‘Twilight in Forks – The Saga of the Real Town’.

Q: How and why did you end up becoming the producer of “Twilight in Forks”?
YB: I been spending summers in the Forks area for the last 40 years, and I’m absolutely in love with it. When I found out that the Twilight Saga was set in Forks, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to expose the real Forks to the world through the lens of the Twilight Phenomenon.

Q: Do you feel that this movie will bring even more audiences to the Twilight books and film(s)?
YB: We certainly hope so. Stephenie Meyer herself talks about how unique the town of Forks is, and we believe that new fans and audiences the world over will fall in love with it once they see the rich culture, amazing people, and unbelievable beauty of the area. The local people in our movie are as varied and interesting as the characters in the story, and are now joined together due to the incredible popularity of the books and movies.
