Spike TV has just announced its nominees for its Scream 2010 awards, honoring the year’s best in sci-fi, fantasy, horror and comic book genres, and Inception dominates with 15 nods in 14 categories.
The nominees were chosed by an advisory board that includes Tim Burton, John Carpenter, Wes Craven, Neil Gaiman, Damon Lindelof, Quentin Tarantino and Joss Whedon. The awards show will tape on Oct. 16 at The Greek Theater in L.A. and will air on Spike TV on Oct. 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
Kick-Ass and Iron Man 2 each snagged more than a dozen nominations. HBO’s True Blood had the most nominations of any television series with 10.
