It is a sad, sad day.  Not only did we lose Leslie (Don’t call me Shirley) Neilson, but now the Force has lost  a powerful ally.  Irvin Kershner, director of ‘The Empire Strikes Back’  died November 29th in Los Angeles from an “unspecified illness”.

This is truly sad. It seems like every time I turn around another person in the spot light has passed away. Now all we have left are the works they left behind to remember them by. But they will be remembered! Irvin Kershner’s family will be in my thoughts.
