With the Halloween premiere of “The Walking Dead” fast approaching, I don’t think I’m alone in noticing a few more shambling, flesh-hungry creatures with lifeless eyes and pasty skin than usual on my daily commute through Manhattan. In fact, it’s hard to go anywhere without seeing promotion for AMC’s upcoming television series about life after the zombie apocalypse — and I love every bit of it.
However, for fellow fans of Robert Kirkman’s award-winning comic book series (and the upcoming television series based on it), there’s yet another piece of “Walking Dead” swag you’ll want to get your hands on in the run-up to the series’ premiere.

I think the cover is good, but would have been even better if it were less realistic. The realism throws it off. IMHO. What do you think of the cover?
