VAMPIRE HUNTRESS: FROM BEST SELLING NOVEL TO COMIC SERIES
The saga of Vampire Huntress Neteru aka Damali Richards came to an end in 2009 after a successful 12 book series by L.A. Banks, and now her adventures will continue on, this time in the form of a new comic series that hits shelves on July 28th.
The book series, also written by Banks and titled Vampire Huntress: The Hidden Darkness, follows Damali, a spoken word artist by trade but who is also The Neteru, a human who is born every thousand years to fight the Dark Realms. Her constant enemy from The Dark Realms are vampires, naturally. In the first comic, Book 1: Ashes To Ashes, Neteru and her gang have defeated Satan’s top demon, The Thirteenth, and have driven back the forces of evil in the first battle of the Armageddon.
