ON OUR RADAR: CHARLAINE HARRIS APPEARANCE IN PHILLY

Listen up fangbangers– author of the wildly popular Sookie Stackhouse novels that inspired the HBO television series “True Blood” will be coming to our hometown of Philadelphia next week.

The famous mystery writer will be appearing at the Central Branch of the Free Library on Wednesday, May 5th. She will be reading from and promoting book ten in the the Sookie Stackhouse series titled “Dead and Gone” which was released earlier this month.

If I lived in the tri-state area, I’d hop in a vehicle and take a day trip and see Charlaine Harris. It would be close enough. Unfortunately, I’m over 1,500 miles away, so I will continue watching True Blood reruns to get any kind of True Blood vampire fix these days. However, I did pre-order the new Sookie Stackhouse novel “Dead and Gone”.  But, waiting sucks! Did you order yours?
