Kissed by an Angel is a combination of three books in one that tells the story of Ivy who finds her version of “prince charming” in Tristan. They fall in love. Their romance is pure and sweet and honest. One night, while heading back home, Tristan and Ivy end up in a car accident due to the brakes not working. Ivy lives. Tristan doesn’t. As Ivy seeks to find a way to overcome to her heartbreaking grief over losing the love of her life, Tristan is stuck in limbo attempting to figure out how to get back to Ivy. Ivy’s life has had many changes after Tristan’s death: her mother has remarried, they have moved into a new house with her new husband, and Ivy has a new step brother, Gregory who wants more than just a brother/sister relationship. But Tristan knows there’s something sinister going on with Gregory and knows he has to warn Ivy! But Ivy no longer believes in angels, no longer believes in love, so how can he possibly reach her?! Tristan, through the teachings from his new friend Lacey, who is also stuck in limbo, fights not only to save Ivy but help her move on and believe in love again.
This book made me laugh and cry and fall in love with love even more! Kissed by an Angel trilogy is full of suspense and mystery. Your heart will be pounding as you try to keep up with the plot. The characters are very well developed, as is the story. Ivy is strong and determined. When she losses Tristan you truly feel her heart break and loss of faith. I, especially enjoyed Ivy’s best friend Beth as the hopeless romantic writer. And Gregory was one of the best developed characters. You sympathize with him then by the next page you want to choke him! Tristan is written very well. You can feel his complete and unconditional love for Ivy. You can also feel his intense need to protect Ivy and save her from the same danger that cost him his life.
There are some moments where the book drags and lacks but for the most part you will find yourself unable to stop turning the pages! Kissed by an Angel is an emotional experience with blood pumping suspense. The ending was both heartbreaking and satisfying. I liked that the author ended the book in a way you wouldn’t have expected for a romance thriller.

This was an amazing book. I just finished it. I became one with the book, and when it ended I felt like a little bit of me died inside. 5 stars.
