James has been living a double life.  On the outside he appears to be a doting husband and father.  Working all hours to provide for his family.  However, people don’t see what he’s doing while he’s supposedly working.  His incognito browser tab is set on a dating site to find unsuspecting girls to meet up with.  And, when girls go on a date with James, they often find themselves dead and discarded.

Brecia, Meghan, and Skye don’t have much in common except they were all murdered by James.  They are ghosts trying to figure out what to do next.  And, when the three find each other, they combine forces to stop James from killing his next victim.  And, of course they are wanting to see him pay for his crimes.  But without physical bodies will they be able to do what needs to be done?

I thought the synopsis of this book sounded interesting.  I liked the concept a lot.  However, I didn’t care for how the book was laid out.  The entire book was split into the three ghosts’ points-of-view and they often weren’t in chronological order.  It made it hard to keep the girls straight.

There also wasn’t much character development and I just couldn’t get invested in any of the characters.

I was expecting this to be a suspense-filled thriller and it ended up being rather boring and slow.  I feel the whole story could have been wrapped up in a few chapters, honestly.  It was a great concept, but just lacked execution.
