A brand new poster has been released for Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant, starring John C. Reilly, Chris Massoglia, Willem Dafoe, Salma Hayek and Ken Watanbe.
The film it’s hoped, will serve as Universal’s answer to the wildly popular “Twilight” series at Summit Entertainment. The latest installment, “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” has found itself the subject of immeasurable hype and is largely tipped to be one of 2009’s highest grossing movies.

The Vampire’s Assistant, based on the popular series of books by Darren Shan, is a fantasy-adventure about a teenager who unknowingly breaks a 200-year-old truce between two warring factions of vampires. Pulled into a fantastic life of misunderstood sideshow freaks and grotesque creatures of the night, one teen will vanish from the safety of a boring existence and fulfill his destiny in a place drawn from nightmares.
I am so excited for this movie. The cast looks amazing and the trailers are hysterical.
