‘Twilight’ Author Stephenie Meyer BioComic Book: A Dramatic Reading With Josh Horowitz
MTV has staged a dramatic, motion comic-style excerpt for you, compliments of Movies Editor Josh Horowitz. There are no words good enough to intro this clip. So just watch it….here.
Stars of ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ take over IMDb’s STARmeter
The cast of The Twilight Saga: New Moon has absolutely taken over the IMDb STARmeter.
As has been the case with many a chart, the Twilight cast holds seven of the top ten spots on this viewer and reader search-based calculation of interest system.
At the top is Taylor Lautner, followed by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (former reigning champions of the weekly number one spot on many occasions). Also on the list are Dakota Fanning, Ashley Greene, and Nikki Reed (notice a trend, ladies? Yes, that’s the sound of new “Twi-Guys” taking note of the female lookers on the New Moon castlist) as well as Jackson Rathbone.
Ashley Greene: ‘I Want Tim Burton To Direct Twilight Saga: Breaking Down’
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Greene, who plays Alice Cullen, said she would be interested to see how Burton would interpret the script.
“I think it’d be really cool to have his spin on it, because it’s a very odd book, there’s some very weird moments,” she said.
“He would actually put a really weird and cool twist on it.”
CD Review: The Twilight Saga: New Moon – The Score – Original Soundtrack
Sometimes there’s nothing better than going to a kiddie matinee and finding out the movie’s just as appealing to adults. Now spin that saying to a picture designed for virginal teen girls (and those who wish they still were), add a number onto a series that seemed like it would never climb out of sorta interesting mediocrity, then put the cherry on top with an unexpectedly old-school romantic score, and you’ve got the surprise of THE TWILIGHT SAGA- NEW MOON, a way better blockbuster sequel to the bloodless emo romance between a high schooler and the dashing 100+ year vampire who should know better.
The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009) – 22 mistakes
Check out the mistakes listed so far:
Continuity: When Bella is in the parking lot at school in the beginning, Edward walks toward her. Bella’s hair is neatly pulled off to the side. When he leans in for the kiss it is suddenly stuck to her forehead, and when Edward tells her Jacob wants her, it’s suddenly back to normal.
Revealing: Just as Jacob enters Bella’s room through the window, a stunt prop – white band on his right wrist – is briefly visible.
Visible crew/equipment: In the montage scenes where we see Bella’s depression, when the camera is circling her, the camera man is shown in the mirror (twice) behind her.
Summit Ponders Twilight Finale
The two-week $481 million worldwide gross of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” has put Summit Entertainment into the big leagues.
It has also created high class challenges for toppers Rob Friedman and Patrick Wachsberger. As they come down from blockbuster euphoria, they are going to have to cut checks larger than most indie companies ever do if they move ahead with a plan to break Stephenie Meyer’s finale, “Breaking Dawn,” into two pictures.
That’s our Twilight Saga news wrap-up.
Tim Burton??? come on…that is ridiculous. Ask the fans who they want to direct.
