VAMPIRE DIARIES BOOK CLUB: THE AWAKENING – CHAPTER 1

Vampire Diaries: Chapter 1
Written by Katie
Edited by Rose / Krystal

Elena starts off the story by writing in her diary about how she feels as if something bad was going to happen to her. When she returned to Fell’s Church from France she expected her parents to greet her, but when all she experiences is an empty house, she never felt more alone. It’s not home to her anymore and even with her Aunt Judith there it wasn’t the same.

Elena preps for her first day back at school and is feeling rather nervous. She was one of the popular girls, so she really had no reason to be nervous, but nonetheless here she was standing in front of the Victorian mirror with a scowl on her face.
