NEW MOON’S MAKEUP DEPT. HEAD TO BE KEYNOTE SPEAKER IN TORONTO Norma Hill-Patton, the make-up department head on the upcoming The Twilight Saga: New Moon, will be a keynote speaker at the 2009 IMATS Toronto. She designed the overall look and the beauty-vampire make-up on actor Robert Pattinson and actress Dakota Fanning for the second movie in the Twilight series and will discuss her experiences.

ASHLEY GREENE’S PHOTO SHOOT AND DATING RULES In an incredibly sexy new photo shoot for Men’s Fitness Ashley revealed the five rules for guys who want to date the lovely 22 year old.

The number one thing that Ashley wants in a guy is independence. “I’m independent,” the dark haired actress said. “If a guy is too clingy or needy, I actually get afraid of hurting him – and I can’t deal with that.” We imagine that there are guys lined up waiting for Ashley to hurt them, and not like a vampire!

WOULD BIEL JOIN CO-STAR LAUTNER IN A ‘TWILIGHT’ FILM? “Well, I’m clearly familiar with the films. I haven’t read the books, but I haven’t seen any of the films yet so I’m not that familiar — I know the idea of what it’s about,” she told MTV News. “I mean, maybe [I’d be in the next ‘Twilight’ film]. That would be lovely. I am not opposed to playing a vampire.”

VOTE FOR TWILIGHT IN THE AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS The official soundtrack for Twilight is nominated in the category “Favorite Soundtrack,” alongside the soundtracks for Hannah Montana: The Movie and Hannah Montana 3.

You might recall some of the brilliant pieces included on the Twilight soundtrack including those by Paramore (“Decode” and “I Caught Myself”), Robert Pattinson (“Let Me Sign” and “Never Think”), and Muse (“Supermassive Black Hole”) – to name a few.

The awards show will take place on ABC on November 22nd (two days after The Twilight Saga: New Moon‘s U.S. release), and voting is still ongoing. You can vote for the Twilight soundtrack to win the AMA!

ANNA KENDRICK TALKS ABOUT NEW MOON ET’s Mary Hart presented actress Anna Kendrick with the Palm Springs International Film Festival Rising Star Award, and the actress opened up about working alongside George Clooney in her new film ‘Up in the Air’ and about her role in the wildly popular ‘Twilight’ film franchise.

Kendrick, 24, plays Bella Swan’s (Kristen Stewart) mortal high school friend in the ‘Twilight’ series. “We had no idea the kind of magnitude of the success that it was about to have,” the actress says of making the first vampire movie.

ASHLEY GREENE THE TARGET OF IMPERSONATION On October 12, we reported on an interview that Ashley Greene, ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ actress had done with Twilight-Review, and now it turns out that the interview was actually fake.

Twilight-Review has printed the following retraction, shedding light on the incident:

“So we here at Twilight-Review were hit with a big blow today. Ashley Greene’s lawyers contacted us and said it was NOT Ashley Greene who gave us an exclusive interview. We did the interview via facebook, and a number of sources confirmed to us that it was in fact Ashley Greene, however we now know this information is false…”
