Robert Pattinson Turns Down Burberry Deal

Robert Pattinson was reportedly offered a nice cool million to be one of the celebrity faces for Burberry and turned it down.  The British newspaper, The Mirror, reports:  

Christopher [Bailey] and the Burberry team were desperate to sign Robert as the main person in their new campaign.  

“It would grace all their stores worldwide and be in all the best ­publications. They went to ­Robert but he ­immediately, politely, turned them down.  

“As far as Robert sees things he’s an actor by trade and that’s his art. He doesn’t want to start becoming a brand or anything.”

 Jackson Rathbone May Star In “Shadowland”

It is being reported that Jackson Rathbone is in talks to co-star in the adaptation of Peter Straub’s Shadowland with “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” actor Bill Nighy (Rufus Scrimgeour).

Michael Welch Twitter Update

The humans of Forks are often overshadowed by their supernatural neighbors, but we haven’t forgotten about them.  Check out this tweet from Michael Welch in regards to his girlfriend’s Halloween costume.  Priceless!    

Happy Halloween everyone. You’ll be happy to know that my girlfriend dressed up as Bella Swan this year.  

Michael is also starring in the film Unrequieted, co-starring David Keith.  The film was recently screened in LA and is hitting film festivals this year and next.    

Yay!  I’m so excited to see the set pics and that is a pretty awesome looking boat! It looks like it’s capable of satisfying Edward Cullen’s need for speed.
