OBS PRESENTS DVD RELEASES FOR MARCH 16TH

The Fourth Kind (2009)
Rated PG-13

Set in the fall of 2000 and purportedly based on actual events, The Fourth Kind stars Milla Jovovich as Dr. Abigail Tyler, a Nome, Alaska-based psychotherapist whose videotaped sessions with her patients offer the most compelling evidence of alien abduction ever documented. Elias Koteas and Will Patton co-star.

The Wizard of Oz (70th Anniversary Edition)
Rated G

The third and definitive film adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s 1900 children’s fantasy, this musical adventure is a genuine family classic that made Judy Garland a star for her heartfelt performance as Dorothy Gale, an orphaned young girl unhappy with her drab black-and-white existence on her aunt and uncle’s dusty Kansas farm. Dorothy yearns to travel “over the rainbow” to a different world, and she gets her wish when a tornado whisks her and her little dog, Toto, to the Technicolorful land of Oz.

I can’t believe The Wizard of Oz is 70 years old. I haven’t seen it in a while.

I like Milla Jovovich, she is such a kick ass bitch. I’ll have to check out The Fourth Kind, and I’m seriously considering purchasing the 70th anniversary edition of The Wizard of Oz.

Which, if any, of the above movies might you purchase and why?
