Summary:

You can run from the grave, but you can’t hide…
Half-vampire Cat Crawfield is now Special Agent Cat Crawfield, working for the government to rid the world of the rogue undead. She’s still using everything Bones, her sexy and dangerous ex, taught her, but when Cat is targeted for assassination, the only man who can help her is the vampire she left behind.
Being around Bones awakens all her emotions, from the adrenaline rush of slaying vamps side by side to the reckless passion that consumed them. But a price on her head – wanted: dead or half-alive – means her survival depends on teaming up with Bones. And no matter how hard Cat tries to keep things professional between them, she’ll find that desire lasts forever … and Bones won’t let her get away again.(Source:)

Review:
Love It!! I was so shocked at the end of the first book when Cat left Bones (in order to save him). But she left him never the less. I wasn’t sure how this book would go. I think it’s great that Cat has matured from the first book. I like it when characters grow from each book and don’t remain stagnant. Cat has done that. She is still tough, smart, clever, and a killer of the undead, but now she does it as a special section of the government and she has her own team. The one thing she misses is Bones. But never fear, he shows up at her friend’s wedding, of all places. Then the real party begins. The story is again full of action, love and surprises. We find out more about Cat’s father and his family as well as Bone’s past. I think that this book is a must read. So Go. Read.  Enjoy.
