Review:
This is the first book I read by this author. I had this book on my book shelf for a year, just putting it off. I finally picked it up and I am so glad I did! I really enjoyed this book. I found both the story and characters entertaining. Anya is hilarious, she is also determined, tough and self assured. And she wants Lucien who carries the demon death. He is surround by his warrior brothers, who all carry a demon of their own. Lucien desires Anya, like he needs air, but he is very apprehensive. He is badly scared and thinks of himself as ugly. He cannot fathom why a woman who looks like Anya would want him. Lucien has been told by the king of the gods he must kill Anya.  He tells her what is job is and from there they end up on a adventure that brings them both to their knees.

I would most definitely recommend this book, it is very entertaining and the characters are amazing. I look forward to continuing with the series.
