Kristen Stewart has made quite a name for herself.
From starring in the Twilight films to portraying legendary rocker Joan Jett in The Runaways, Kristen Stewart has shown the world her many talents.
Now, she’s about to show us a whole lot more.
Stewart has agreed to appear nude in her upcoming role as Mallory, a stripper in “Welcome to the Rileys,” which stars former Sopranos icon James Gandolfini.
The teen star will play a young lap dancer and prostitute in James Gandolfini’s gritty new film Welcome to The Rileys. And, as the promiscuous Mallory, she even offers to service The Sopranos star.
Although scores of Stewart’s admirers (mostly of the male variety) are eager to see the actress in the buff, some fans-turned-critics claim Stewart has “sold out” and wants to safeguard her career versatility by showing a more adult on-screen persona for a change.

See I have to disagree with this, I think that if she was really selling out she would stick to things like ‘Twilight’. Before Twilight, she did intense grown-up movies, so this isn’t at all out of character for Kristen Stewart. She is a phenomenal actress, and this type of role is right up her alley.

Personally, even as a big chick, I see nothing wrong with nudity in film as long as it's done with a purpose and not just gratuitous crap. To be comfortable with your body is a beautiful thing.
I have to agree, she's playing a stripper, she kind of has to be nude. Even though she's now famous for twilight, Twilight is a very different movie from her usual roles. So rather than the stripper being an odd role, it was really Bella that was out of place for Kristen. Plus, acting is her job and fans need to realize her career will not end at Twilight, and if she sticks to stuff like it now she won't be working in five years.

I just don’t feel Kristen Stewart (from the Twilight Sagas movies) needs to show herself naked to the world to prove she’s more “talented and mature”. I mean, it’s her choice and I won’t lose respect. I’m just feeling she might lose a lot of parents’ respect for her as a role model for their daughters. Oh well. Just my humble opinion. She can wait until she’s older.
