Chaske, who plays Sam Uley in the New Moon movie, shares his favorite scene:

Amongst other things, TS  asked Spencer about his favorite scene in New Moon, and he stated that it was “The scene where Bella confronts the wolfpack. It was pretty epic.”

In that scene, Kristin Stewart (as Bella, of course) goes face to face with Spencer (as Sam Uley) and demands to know what is going on (the scene is screencapped in the slideshow below) with Jacob. In the book, this leads to Sam “allowing” Bella to visit Jacob even though he’s still in pretty scary shape after his transformation.
